The Interesting Thing About Scandal
Many at DU may remember that Republicans madea a fuss when it was discovered that Howard Dean may have embellished the story about his brother in Vietnam. However, these same Republicans said nothing when it came out that Bush was photographed with two ribbons he has not earned. In addition, they did not seem to care that during his first campaign Bush tried to embellish his military record by claiming he actually served in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. When it came out that this was not true they tried to make excuses about it.
