Horrifying, personal John Bolton story

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2005/4/15/101542/050

My best friend since college, Melody Townsel, was stationed in Kyrgyzstan on a US AID project. During her stay there, she became embroiled in a controversy in which the oh-so-diplomatic John Bolton was a key player. She described the incident in a letter to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee members (who have thus far responded with a yawn), and I wanted to share it with a larger audience.

Here's a small taste:

"Mr. Bolton proceeded to chase me through the halls of a Russian hotel -- throwing things at me, shoving threatening letters under my door and, generally, behaving like a madman."
-snip-
----------------------------

read on to see how sick this man Bolton is, he nearly ruined her career.

2. It was Clinton's fault!
No doubt some freeper will connect the running through the hall of the hotel chasing women and say he was just emulating Bill.

Seriously, this guy is dangerous to have as our head diplomat at the UN. Over and over, the Repressive Party kept using the "reform" talking point during committee hearings. I kept wondering which post he was being considered for: US Ambassador or Secretary General?

4. Add this to the guy (Repub) who told the committee Bolton is an out of
control bully (words to that effect) and you have a picture of someone absolutely unfit for the job of U.N. Ambassador....Disgusting!

10. The same way they have accepted all of the other worthless SOB's.
Remember hiring the wrong person is the only mistake Bush admitted in the 2004 Presidential debates.
