DIRECTV: Dumped C-Span 2 and NWI 366?
I posted this in general discussion but no one seems to have an answer as of yet. Earlier in week both C-span 2 on 351 and News World International on 366 were available on the guide.

Last night and this morning neither are available. C-span 2 covers the senate when in session. Was an announcement made? When did this happen? I missed watching any TV for about 3 nights this week.

Why C-span 2? I can understand NWI as that station is being taken over by Gore's new network but C-span?

I called and was told they were doing system upgrades and things should be better shortly. They were right.

3. Works here in NC
I can get both channels.

Although, this past week, my Tivo temporarily couldn't get FX for some strange reason, although the other receiver was working.

7. Exactly!!
Direct TV is a Murdoch owned enterprise. Part of the plan for total monopolization of information.
