is Unconstitutional. I had a request from Progressive Website for link but I was away and remember it was posted on DU before I left, but in doing a DU Search I can't find it tonight.
If anyone can give me the link..it would be much appreciated.

A couple of days ago, I called Boxer's office, Feinstein's, Ted Kennedy's, Joe Biden's, AND my congressman's office (Henry Waxman - who's dogging Rice for stuff like this already). Boxer's office seemed interested.
