4. That Dunkin' Donuts one is hilarious.
Just imagine, fellow Clark supporters, if you drove up to the drive-in window, and Mr. Clark handed you your order!

Too funny.

6. If this is a Democratic grouping...
Why is Lieberman included?? JUST KIDDING!!!!

Seriously, this unity theme is MUCH more pleasant than what we've been smacking around the last few days. Politics is like baseball, some teams gotta win and some gotta lose.

24. The TRUTH about the "tipping on carry-out" thing
OK, as someone who has worked proudly as a bartender, waitress, restaurant and nightclub manager, I must say that the "tipping on carry-out" thing pisses me off.

If you're at McDonald's, Wendy's, or any kind of fast-food, no-table-service place, of course you shouldn't tip.

However, if you're going to a decent restaurant, especially a find-dining establishment, and order take-out, chances are a server making $2.13 per hour is taking time away from his/her tipping tables to assemble your carry-out order. The least you could do is throw a few bucks their way. Certainly not 15-20%, just a nominal tip of a few bucks.

Next time you're ordering carry-out from your favorite sit-down restaurant, think about that $2.13 per hour the server who hands you your food is making.

as was I about Mosley-Braun. Even Bob Graham dropping was sad. I hope that they aren't done with public life.
