A Quote I ran accross
By Hermann Goring at the Nuremberg Trials, "Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a Democracy,a Fascist dictatorship, or a Parliment, or a Communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger." This is exactly what this administration has done, and continues to do!

5. Despite how distasteful the name may be to some, the Bushies are Fascists
Wake up and Smell the Fascism

In "Fascism Anyone?," Laurence Britt identifies 14 characteristics common to fascist regimes. His comparisons of Hitler, Mussolini, Franco, Suharto, and Pinochet yielded this list of 14 "identifying characteristics of fascism.

and he gives specific examples of each in the Bush administration.

6. In my experience on the boards it is the neocons who don't want the
word fascist used. First they tried to 'redefine' fascism to be only a leftist thing. When that didn't work (because most 20th century fascists independent of communism were right wing nuts), they now tell us we cannot use that word.

I'm sorry but I seem to recall the fascists spent to decades trashing the word 'liberal'.

As per always, one set of rules for them, one set of rules their opposition must follow. Right out of the tool bag of sociopaths.
