Need Help on New Bankruptcy Bill!

Need Help on New Bankruptcy Bill!
The new bill requires all persons filing for BK to see a Credit Counselor.

Sounds good? But there are tons of scam artists going into Credit Counseling right now.

Does anyone know if the new Bill states what creditials these Credit Counselors have to have? Or can just about anybody hang up a sign?

This could be a real disastor for people with serious debt if they are required to talk to a Consumer Debt Counselor - but there is no regulation on the training of the Counselors.
