Is anyone talking about Valdmir Putin's comment that "The fall of the Soviet Union was the greatest political blunder of the 20th century"? Has anyone in the MSM other than Keith Olbermann brought up this issue?

that's why Putin is traveling the ME today. He's trying to restore influence to counter the US. Heard an excellent analysis on Radio Netherland's Newsline. Go find it and listen for a few minutes.
Putin is supporting Syria and Iran and is also reaching out to moderate Arab states, whose question to Putin is "Can you protect us from the US?" Traditionally, Russia has had good relations and they still have an excellent bench of translators, etc. Putin is trying to build up Russian influence to the level it was in Soviet days. He is also involved in the "China Triangle"....
