he said that folks who were nervous about putting their "personal accounts" in the stock market could put it in US Government bonds "backed by the full faith of the Federal government." Those are the so-called worthless IOUs he keeps yakin about.

7. Yup, I heard it too
He referred to younger workers being able to invest in Treasury Bonds, "backed by the full faith and credit of the United States". Cool, then apparently he means to honor the Treasury Bonds in the Trust Fund. Or not. Liar. :eyes:
