I love Bush
Edited on Thu Apr-28-05 08:54 PM by mikelewis
If the enemy of my enemy is my freind, then Bush is my best freind since he seems to be his own worst enemy.

Nothing he said tonight made any sense at all. His responses were filled with doublespeak and confusing trains of thought that often derailed. He failed to answer any questions about the economy and the high prices of gas. When asked about the price of gasoline, he said he didn't have a magic wand to lower prices.

When asked about an increase in terrorist attacks, he said he was making sure we were fighting them over seas and not here. I'm sure the rest of the world is enjoying this thought and reality.

When he talked about privatization, he said a person could opt to buy treasury bonds then later stated that the treasury bonds in the drawer in West Virginia were merely IOU's and not assets.

I will be amazed if his poll numbers don't fall below the 40's. They should never let him talk to people. When he talked about Democractic priniciples in Russia, he said that Vladamir had to start listening to the people. When he replied to a question about polls, he said he doesn't listen to them and it's irresponsible to lead by following polls. The guy is out of his mind. I absolutely love him.

4. You obviously missed Fred Barnes...
judging Bush's press conference to be a success because he forcefully pronounced the 'b' in 'billion'. No, I'm not kidding.

3. It's true, the guy cracks me up
Think about how boring life would be without him. Imagine if they put someone in there that wasn't as ridiculous as this guy. Imagine if he wasn't such an idiot. We could have someone who the people actually like, not some retard with a trust fund.

7. Jon Stewart cracks me up.
But
I LIKE HIM.
And he has demolished EVERY SINGLE PRETZEL that ever took him on.

Dubya cannot defend himself from a piece of twisted dried-up bread.
How is he going to defend me?
From ANYTHING?

9. loved your first line!!!
Yah, when he talked about those treasury bonds, I about erped. He says if you want to put your money into something that is safe, they will do treasuries, and a few weeks ago he told that guy on the speaking circuit who held bonds, that maybe that wasn't such a good idea given the economy. Geesh-- he drives me nuts. And what was that about you have to have private accounts because there is all this debt, and you need a bigger return on your money -- yah, we need your money in those treasuries/bonds/market because the foreign investors are pulling out.

Now the talk his his saying that all but the bottom 30% will be means tested on ss -- that's like a 60,000 cut off, so we are talking middle class. Going down in flames come tomorrow!!!
