Me? I'm going to work on winning at least one more congressional seat for the Dems here in WI. (We have 4/8 now.) :patriot:

10. Well, Working to elect a Dem Gov in MA
Teddy Kennedy is up for relection in 2006, so there should be some fun to be had there. (No serious challenges, but it should still be a fun race.)

I don't have a lot of federal issues in MA at the moment. (All 12 of our Congresional representatives are Dem.) I guess I will look northward and see if anything can be done in NH or Maine, and south and see if someone can seriously challenge Chafee in RI.

it will be whoever is running against Sensenbrenner or Ryan.

3. I'll be registering voters, getting signatures for verified voting,
citizens against the draft and support for HR181, and working on a few local campaigns.

Cheers

To taking back both houses of congress!

However, fortunately for my finances, I will not have as much time as in 2004. But, I am doing what I can, and then some.

33. Hi, yeh the democracycellproject.net is new
It arose from the november pretend election where we saw how many people want to be empowered and not continue feeling helpless to the media and the neoCON agenda.

I have to admit, I consider D.U. and the democracycellproject.net my home.

I'm picky about my blogs and forums and these are the most informative and the best qualified to get some forward progress.

16. Yes! Phil Angelides
He's the State Treasurer and a great guy. I'm happy to support him. My husband interned for him when he was in college about 25 years ago. Angelides was/is very smart, courteous, and dedicated. He'll be a great Governor.

28. What you said.
Working on all levels to elect Dems and defeat republi-CONS.

Scraping together WHATEVER extra money I can to send to good, viable candidates - maybe some in another "Dean Dozen."

Spreading/passing out flyers all over everywhere that do several things: trash bush, trash his party, trash conservatives, support Dems, liberals and progressives.

Strategizing here and elsewhere on the internet, working up as many ruthlessly delicious buzz phrases and battle plans and spread THOSE around as far as possible.

Get as active as I can.

And YES, do EVERYTHING imaginable to defeat Der Gropenazi.

9. I will be spending most of my time
helping to turn a state senate seat from R to D. We figure the odds to be slightly better than even. I will also possibly be helping a little to try the same in our congressional district (although that one's a longer shot).

15. I will be working here in FL
on Christine Jennings congressional campaign. Katherine Harris will presumably run for the Senate against Nelson so that leaves the Sarasota seat open. District 13 has been historically a Republican stronghold, and Jan Schneider, a rather weak speaker and candidate, got 45 percent of the vote the last two years against Harris, in a District with only 30 percent registered Dems. Jennings in a better candidate and I feel that with her we can finally win back this seat for the D's.

I also may be helping out other candidates across the country when Im out of school in the summer of 06. I may help out Casey in PA.

Hoping to oust the Republican governorship and bring back the

23. Yep
and did better than people expected. So he'll give it another go. As entrenched as Sensennbrenner is, it's still a long shot. But the more he runs, the more name recognition he'll get.

27. How close was the race in November 2004?
Sensenbrenner is one of worst Reps in the whole country- it shouldn't be hard to get national support for defeating him.

31. Here:
77% Sensenbrenner
32% Kennedy

In 2002, Sensenbrenner got approx 85% of the vote with no Democrat opposing him, and an Independant getting 15%

Just to have a Dem opposing him is nice. The Waukesha County Dems have an office for the first time. And their membership chair tells me that they have new members who say they felt they couldn't wait until the next election to get involved. A good sign. I joined in Feb. and now I proofread the monthly newsletter.
