2. Springer should run for OH Gov.

He may have a seedy history but most people find him likeable and a lot of the same people who vote for Bush would flip because they see Jerry as one of them. Jerry is well spoken and articulate and would do well against a corrupt candidate such as Blackwell, IMO.

I must admit, when I first heard AAR was giving him his own show I almost choaked! The only Springer I ever knew was the nut on TV. Right after he first staarted his radio show, I tuned in , and was pleasantly surprised. He's NOTHING like the TV Show Springer at all!!! It's almost like there are two different people! I've been listening ever since.

He is demeanor is calm and thoughtful. He has the ability to present a complex argument in simple terms. He doesn't get hostile or hysterical when he talkes with wing-nut callers. He doesn't yell or scream. He's a great addition to the Air America lineup.
