I watched your testimony before Sen. Coleman's subcommittee and my heart swelled with pride that I am of Scottish ancestry, to hear truth spoken so clearly, plainly, and without restraint to the frankly craven inquiry conducted by Sen. Coleman.

I know that many, many millions of people share my sentiment. Millions of us, in the U.S. and across the world, marched in the streets to prevent this atrocity, and millions more who did not walk in the streets that day have come to feel as we did. Since then, we have observed with tremendous dismay the silence of the U.S. media in exposing the falsity of the war's supposed justifications, as well as its true cost.

My profound thanks to you, sir, and my best wishes in your future endeavors.
