Winning The War On Terror? Poll Drops To Lowest Numbers
May 16, 2005--The number of Americans who believe the U.S. and its allies are winning the War on Terror has fallen to the lowest level ever according to a Rasmussen Reports survey of 1,000 adults. At the same time, people are more pessimistic about the situation in Iraq.

Who is Winning War on Terror?

U.S. / Allies 44%
Terrorists 29%
Neither 19%
Not Sure 8%
