Can you sell videos showing that stuff to minors?
Oh and p.s.... IMO what hurts Dems is acting like Repubs (voting for bankruptcy bill, for example).

2. They're letting it up to the seller to determine, but punishing that |

decision when some else thinks that seller was wrong???? What's wrong with this picture?
I don't have young kids anymore, and I don't know for sure how I feel about this bill as far as restrictions go. But I think the basic premise is simply foolish! There's no way to determine who's decision was right...the seller or the person deciding they disagree.
I would think, if they feel they have to do something, there should be a rating code on the outside of the package, like they have with movies. At least then, even parents or grandparents who don't know anything about the game has something to go by when that 10 year old says "Hey, buy me this!"

then it's OK, right?
Unless the video game seller is a pharmacist too...
