I even downloaded Quicktime, but when I clicked on where the picture was supposed to be (there was an empty box with a red x), nothing happened.

6. I've installed QuickTime again

and still nothing. I'm on DSL and have considered this whole exercise a complete waste of time. I'm going to find QuickTime and uninstall it and realize there's no way I can use the stupid program on my computer.
