What are the top three stories in the news today? |

Does anyone know? What should be the top three stories? Threads move so fast sometimes it's easy to forget where you began...

They play AP Network News every 30 minutes. Their top story for the past two hours? Large cars are safer in crashes than small cars. I'm not kidding!

Iranian elections..This one is hot and has effects that we can feel. Who won, was their fraud? How will this impact the war in iraq? The nuclear talks? any potential military action by the US against them? Since 2 of the candidates are publically saying there was fraud the powder keg that is Iran may be about to explode. This will be a huge story all this week.
The DSM Memos which is really a coninuing story. Of course to many in the know its conclusions that bush wanted to go to war no matter what comes as no surprise. His own treasury sec Paul Oneil (retired/fired take your pick) said as much long before all this becaue public
3rd story...hmmm Sundays hinting that McCain and Biden will be running in 2008. It moves all the speculation up by one notch
