for those who follow polls!

Poll Date:

Poll Demographics:

What I find interesting is the strong approves vs. the strong disapproves...

2. Numbers Went Up In Their Favor / War
these people are really good at manipulating the morons out there who waffle back and forth, pile on the guilt - step up the propaganda, attacks on "liberals" (not Democrats mind you) and POOF

Better poll numbers -

Ahhh....KKKarl saves the day.

6. I wouldn't worry
The movement isn't much, and every other poll has it worse.

3. Biggest Demographic Fluctuation: Income
The previous polls had 55% of the people taking the polls making LESS than 50K/year. The new poll has only 49% making that much. That's a 6 point swing in the demographics and it more than likely accounts for the shift in approval.

8. Thanks for info berni, do you know what % of public makes 50+K/yr?

My understanding (from http://www.census.gov/Press-Release/www/releases/archives/income_wealth/002484.html) is that at the most recent numbers 2002-3 showed the median income at 43K, and bearing in mind people like Bill Gates throwing off the upper end of the curve with tens of millions in annual income, it is completely dishonest to favor >50K income in any polling. (edit to note: meant to suggest that curve throws off average, which I'm guessing is quite a bit lower than the median... so that starting with 50K and up is a significant leap away from the average income of americans)

Not that polling companies are known for being honest or accurate...
