He must have ! There has NOT been a rise in the terror alert level or any specific advisories (other than cyber) since August of 2004.

Either they were all bogus or everything now is AOK. If they were bogus I want the week of my life back that I lost from the fear I felt when evacuating a building in DC (unscheduled evacuation test the day they supposedly found drawings of the World Bank and my subway stop).

ON Edit:
Because they preyed on our fear and used the terror threat system for political purposes to bolster the support for the war and to scare people against voting for Kerry, THE OPPOSITE is HAPPENING NOW... They are NOT raising to show that somehow the war in Iraq is making us safer here.

Another travesty against decency.

2. Yup..but they can't because then the Iraq war wouldn't have made
us safer at home.
