We need a Muslim leader of peace.
I was horrified this morning to hear callers on C-Span saying we should annillate everyone in 'those' countries.

There are millions of Moslems who want what we want - children, heritage, safety, opportunity, privacy, a future.

Why can't someone come forward and call for peace? Why not a Muslem?

We heard from the Pope this morning - he issued a condemnation. No leadership there.

Blair holding the shoulder of Bush this morning. No peace leaders there.

G8 leaders in the background... no peace leaders there.

In absense of a peace leader...what can the citizens of all the countries do for ourselves?

Resist the machinations of those leaders to conduct wars? Expose the motivation of those leaders to start wars?

Do we or do we not need a single person to be the icon leader for peace?

1. That's because
the religiously insane in this Country are just like the ones who hijacked the Muslim religion.

3. They wouldn't get very far these days
Considering even the liberal buzzword has such negative connotations.

According to the US, a peaceful Muslim leader does US bidding...peacefully.

4. The UK Metro Police Chief just said
at the press conference that anyone who carries out such attacks goes against everything that followers of Islam stand for. Good for him for making that clear in his response to a question.
