Well you had to know an attack in America wouldn't boost Bush |

at this point. Just something to think about.
On edit: its really weird I was thinking how great it was that Bush's credibility and popularity were down and that maybe it was time for a terror attack. Then I thought... but an attack in America would just make him LESS popular. Then I turned on the television.
What really struck me was what an idiot Bush looked like trying to defer to someone else for a change "must not do anything inappropriate."

1. This attack also does double duty. |
|
It drives the wedge deeper between U.S. and Europe in general; so many people will be saying, "This wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Bush."
Attacking here would have solidified U.S. and Europe more.

2. It Also Gets Rove/Cheney off the front page |
|
It changes the lead stories on the nightly news.
It gives Bush** more proof that we've got to keep taking the fight to the terrorists and fight them over there...
BUT..if people would stop and think for a 1/2 second, they would realize that Bush/Blair have made the world much LESS safe.

3. They're probably waiting for a more important time. Like the impeachment |
|
proceedings or for the e=next presidental election so * can stay in office forever. When he stops making appearences, he's probably been dead and stuffed so no one will notice. Put the dead body on a bike, it falls over, no one is the wiser.
