There is absolutely nothing that can keep us from dealing with the Roberts nomination and the Rove case at the same time. There are more than enough of us to devote the proper amount of time and effort to each subject.
In addition, I think most of us have become accustomed to that hated term "multi-tasking" to know that we can and will do it.
I don't see this as either Rove or Roberts , I see it as Chimpy doing to us what he has done for four-and-a-half years: trying to throw us off the trail by tossing more crap against the wall. It won't work this time because we're too angry. We're too motivated.
and, unlike Bush* Democrats can walk and chew gum simultaneously....

1. The only thing that keeps us from focusing on both: |

sheer laziness. Sign up with a half dozen political action groups (like Moveon and Progressive Majority) and even the most inactive among us can engage in a bit of political activism every day.

This whole "sky is falling" attitude over the obvious attempt to change the subject is so annoying. We, the opposition Dems, progressives, whatever you want to call them are smart enough, vast enough and driven enough to accomplishing battling on multiple fronts. It doesn't matter if the * administration and the media change the subject from Rove to Roberts. There is a federal grand jury meeting on Rove for 2 years and it is preparing indictments(Big hunch). The subject has not changed for them I am sure. We can fight Bush on his nominee and I doubt anyone will forget that we are also fighting a war born from lies that kills people daily. It's kind of hard to forget that.
