Is the DLC a part of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy?
Is Hillary DLC?

Remembering of course that she was the original one who uttered those words.

2. No and Yes
Oh my god people, the DLC is not the enemy, the Republicans are! Every moment spent attacking Hillary is effort and time not being spent fighting the real bad guys.

13. mmm, yeah, ok....
And every time we're told to "stop attacking Hillary" is just an excuse for corporate media whores to continue attempting to stack the deck in her favor.

You know, it is still possible to expose Frist/Allen/etc. while simultaneously voicing who the worst choices would be for the Democratic presidential nomination.

3. No and Yes!
I can disagree with the DLC in terms of issues, but confusing the DLC and the RW together is exactly what the GOP wants us to do.

4. fifth column attacks
Basically, infiltrate an opposed organization, create an internal division, then march half of your enemy organization into direct opposition to itself. When they split enough to compete in politics, you then can exploit systemic flaws in election methods like vulnerability to cloning.

5. Bill Clinton, John Edwards, GHW Bush and many others
inluding media moguls and some reporters/commentators have all met with the Bilderbergers group. Do you seriously think Hilary will not also be representing their interests. If so, I've a got a bridge.... Bill and GHWB have become good buddies. In with the new boss.... same as the old boss (Pink Floyd)

16. "In with the new boss.... same as the old boss", The Who
Won't Get Fooled Again on Who's Next

The closet thing that Pink Floyd did politically was The Wish You Were Here album which is generally about record companies.

6. No.
It has it's own agenda and its own initiatives that chafe the beliefs that many hold in this forum.

7. "Depends" and "Yes"
If by "Right wing conspiracy" you mean "beholden to corporate interests and owned by the same people who own most Republican politicians" then YES. If you mean an actual part of the nutjob right, then NO.

But she is definitely DLC.

12. No, but if they attack the left and Dean they attack my party.
And they had better listen to the left if they want our support of their wing

WE ARE THE LEADERSHIP OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY

WE THE PEOPLE

THERE IS MORE OF US THAN THE "LEADERSHIP" - is that not vain? and
"council" which is self appointed

1. Voted for the IWR - check
2. Going after video games in a sanctimonious manner a la Lieberman - check

the fact that she voted for IWR will cause me not to consider her in the primary unless she renounces her vote (which, sadly, Kerry wouldn't do)

18. No, I think they're just a group of people who, years ago, had an idea
that, as far as the short-term, worked very well, but in the long-term fucked us over by selling out our principles.

Selfish.
