Does the Bush misadmin. even care if Rs get elected in 2006?
I've been wondering about this for some time now. It appears that much of the agenda pushed, often successfully, by the Bush misadministration will hurt Rs in 2006.

Anti-choice efforts, the Patriot Act, the threat to Constitutional rights of many types (like the weakening of habeas corpus) as well as countless other agendas would seem to me to hurt supporting Rs (read the vast majority of them) in 2006. If nothing else, it will push libertarian types to vote AGAINST the Bush agenda, hece pushing them to voting for Bush opponents.

As a lame duck, he has little to lose--except a great deal of the PNAC/Heritage Foundation agenda, which is why I'm confused.

It doesn't seem wise to me to push an agenda that will drive those who oppose you to the polls.

Am I missing something?

4. Diebolds...
I'm wondering if we'll get a sneak peak at Diebolds in action next Tuesday in the special Ohio race for Congress? :scared:

They need to do thorough exit polling in the areas with Diebold, then compare the results.

3. If the GOP wanders from the path...
you'll see a lot of pissed off fundies, freepers, dittoheads, Wienerheads, and warmongering chickenhawks screaming RINO.

There has been too much spent brainwashing these mindless automatons for them to stop now.

5. No reason to think they won't.
And if enough people realize the machines are crooked, well, time enough to enact gun control.

6. Are you kidding? The only way Bush can stay out of jail is for
the Republicans to stay in power, permanently.
