1. I chose to be optimistic, ...
... but I really won't know until tomorrow night. I hope the low turnout will favor our side.

2. Being realistic, the Repug woman.
That part of Ohio is pretty red, even their baseball team is the Reds. The sheeple still haven't caught on.

5. I think Bush got over 60% or more of the vote... so...
so, if Hackett loses 54-46 or 52-48, is it a good sign?

3. Who should win? Paul Hackett, of course!
Who will get the most votes? I'm not sure. I hope it's Paul Hackett, but who knows.

Who will "win"? Unless they've "fixed" the election system in Ohio, Jean Schmitt will pull through.

6. It'll probably be unclean Jean
But if she gets less than 55% of the vote, I'd say that the leadership in the Democratic party ought to take another look at what it considers "safe" congressional districts for the Republicans.

8. I chose Hackett because I just want him to win so bad
but I seriously don't give him much of a chance in that part of Ohio and with the electronic vote factor.

9. How easy are those machines to re-rig after 2004?
With new candidates, wouldn't the vote rigging have to be reset somehow?

11. Sorry, no sound card.
Is it something that must be done at the local level? If so, it might be difficult as the county boards of election monitor that sort of thing with bipartisan members.

12. I'm going to say Hackett.
You would think it would be Hackett, considering how corrupt Schmidt is. But, this part of Ohio is so friggin' republican, they would vote for a leech if it had an (R) behind it's name. Too bad I'm in district 1.
