Bush didn't do Bolton any favors. The U.N. will put him in a box, and he will be totally ignored. If he rants and raves, they'll just turn off their interpreters. He's going to accomplish squat.

The "No Giving Swirlies to U.S. Ambassadors Act of 2006." The French and Germans will allow it to come to a vote so they can smirk and giggle while Bolton is testifying to the mortification the felt when day after day, every time he went into the Gents, a pack of other ambassadors would follow him in and stick his head in the toilet and flush, then walk out laughing.
