Will Rumsfeld's "secret" plan to "draw down Iraq" aid recruitment?

I'm worried that recruiters will use the "leak" of the supposedly secret Pentagon plan to cut troops from Iraq (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8770418/site/newsweek/) to lull potential enlistees into thinking that they won't see combat. The PNAC objective is endless war so, even if troops are removed from Iraq, they will eventually be re-deployed in some other war. I hope the anti-recruiting groups don't let down their guard.
