makes no sense...the other counties (all of went with the Dimson) came in for Hackett and the election was practically even with a large right-wing county left to go.
close race or not, you don't put your corrupt scheme on the line when you have the cleanup hitter (Clermont COunty) on deck.
Unless by some miracle people who follow the 700 club just decided to go with Hackett. Makes no sense...I dont like this county being held up, but its a joke to think that county is fixed...thats like saying elections in Lubbock, Texas that go Republican are fixed. Its just not logical.
Had these concerns been related to one of the other counties I'd give these theories more cred.

it would be a good strategy to do it in the red areas, because everyone expects those areas to be red anyway, so even if they're a little more red than they should be, it would be less suspicious.
