2. The margin is too large. He's got a MUCH better shot at 2006.

Besides, he blasted past all previous Dems in the last 20 years for that seat. That was previously a SOLID republican seat... by solid i mean 75/25 split normally.

4. Are you KIDDING? He got almost exactly what the pre-election

polls said he would. He also did exceptionally better than any democrat has done there in 25 years. There is nothing to measure the irregularities against.

In some areas that bush won 70/30, Hackett took 65/35. Same goes for the opposite.

This is an unprecidented event.
