We were all bookmarking threads, but I got smarty pants and copied the whole thing to my desktop, so I show really odd date descrepencies on the early copies and I don't know what it could mean.

I documented what I have in the above thread - it started with post #12, but I should have copied the whole thing - then someone asked me about the numbers I had and I looked at what was there.

See Posts 162, 163 and 164 for the full details.

1. Well first...
Get it to TruthIsAll.

Then I'd check out the correlations. ( and I'm just too fatigued right now... I'll get back to this thread.)

2. Looks to me like you're viewing results from the primary election.
Not the general election that just happened.

3. And the reason for that would be...?
Time travel?

4. No, the results simply weren't in yet.
I was looking at those pages in realtime, and none of them started recording any results data until about 8pm EST. All of the results that you are listing had been there all day. They were probably just in the middle preparing the websites for the new election data. Since they're using the same URL to show results for the general election that they did in the primaries, it would show old data until new data came in. Any results that had more than 2 candidates (1 dem, 1 repub) would be from the primary election.

No fraud there.

7. I'm thinking this COULD be a false alarm.
My husband does some work with WEB pages and I think he has said that they usually work on a page and THEN publish it, but there are times someone could accidentally publish a page they are working on - especially if they were in a hurry.

If the admin who was putting the numbers in used the primary numbers as a cheat sheet and just copied it over and was still changing information while he/she was on the live copy, that would cause something like this.

9. I frequently 'cheat' while i'm writing webpages and hit the save button
before I probably should have. It happens when you're in a rush.

10. Yeah, using the same format for simular projects...
not just in web pages, but the publishing aspect makes it easy for others to see your stuff before it's done.

5. Huh, Well maybe they used those as the source file and were ...
just copying them and what I'm seeing is so early in the reporting that they were still being "created" but had accidentally been published as they were working on them????

Because these items I copied were the same bookmarks as the links that give the current information.

Brown County(35 precincts)
Currently showing primary results, hopefully will change to general election results tomorrow.

6. Exactly
The webpages that were showing primary results aren't automatically updating pages. They're manually changing them and updating them, making them prone to any human error.

Those aren't official results in any way, shape, or form.

8. And if it hadn't been a run in a state known for cheating...
I'd have thought this first. Thanks. Going to bed now.
