He (Hallmark) makes it sound-so 'step-by step" story-easy to follow--yet to me seems almost too easy to follow. Rather a long story but interesting like with Italians and French.
What the news media skims over is the reason for this leak--the forged documents--the 'reason' for the war. I hesistate to read this too seriously (the writing itself is poor)--yet, there is something compeling about his account of the happenings.
