Weird: according to report, Bush could have won OH, but lost the election
Weird factoid:

Apparently somebody did a study and found that if Bush had won the popular vote by under 425,000 votes he'd have lost Ohio and the Electoral College.

Also the report concludes that Missouri, Colorado and Virginia are going to be swing states next year. Washington, Maine and Oregona re out.
