Iraq War Resolution, 2002: Would it have passed a November vote?
The voting on this was highly political and manipulated to produce a no-win situation for several Senate Dems.

How would a 30 day delay past the Oct 11 vote have changed the outcome?

Who would have voted no after the November, 2002 elections?

1827 soldiers and tens of thousands of Iraqi women and children have died because of a forced, political Senate vote.
