BTW? What is the penalty for fixing Fed Elections...not voter fraud
as in voting twice...but in the 3rd degree: Fixing those machines?

In my mind, there should be severe penalties for any Guilty Companies and their CEOs....

Fixing elections should be punishable by 20 years or more in jail and only MREs to eat...

Will the Pub controlled Congress address this aspect anytime soon?

Nahhhhhh, no hold ya breath...ain't gonna happen....

5. All throughout this mess from 2000 till the present...I have not heard the
Media express the consequences/penalties.....of FIXING FED ELECTIONS

I strongley suspect a major loophole exists and feel. if so, then the hole must be plugged with stiff penalties....like eating MREs for 50 years.

4. It's big
Book Description
The Florida Fiasco of 2000, with hanging chads, butterfly ballots and Supreme Court intervention, forced Americans to confront an ugly reality. The U.S. has the sloppiest election systems of any industrialized nation, so sloppy that at least eight of the 19 hijackers who attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon were actually able to register to vote in either Virginia or Florida while they made their deadly preparations for 9/11.

In "Stealing Elections," John Fund takes the reader on a national tour of voter fraud scandals ranging from rural states like Texas and Mississippi to big cities such as Philadelphia and Milwaukee. He explores dark episodes such as the way "vote brokers" stole a mayoral election in Miami in 1998 by tampering with 4700 absentee ballots. He shows how, in the aftermath of the Motor Voter Law of 1993, Californians used mail-in forms to get absentee ballots for fictitious people and pets, while in St. Louis it was discovered that voter rolls included 13,000 more names than the U.S. Census listed as the total number of adults in the city. .more

7. he missed gerrymandering, vote-splitting, and prisonmandering
Gerrymandering as we all know is redistricting to make sure minorities are not majorities in any district and similar.

Vote-splitting is sponsoring 3rd-party candidates to divide support between it and some opposing party (i.e. the spoiler effect).

Prisonmandering is artificially elevating the population of districts by erecting prisons within them. They count toward the census, but are disenfranchised for voting. Such manuevers elevate electoral shares of the typically rural Republican districts while diminishing the electoral shares of densely-populated Democratic districts. They further serve to disenfranchise and reduce the population of Democratic voting blocs, in particular blacks. For instance, 98% of New York's prison population is within Republican Senate districts.

6. If you bribe someone to vote
it's a $10,000 fine. That's one vote. If you fixed 10,000 votes? A whole county's vote of like 500,000? They probably would send you to jail for life.
