Will judge cave in to government's latest attempt to block torture images?

I suppose the following story is this week's Friday document dump...

So, the government's new tactic to block the release of Abu Ghraib torture images is to suggest that the images might cause the terrorists to... well... bring it on. Imagine that. Anyway, what are the chances that the judge will cave in to the government's argument?

1. If I were the judge I would hold them in contempt and grant an
immediate stay pending appeal, in other words, pass the buck.

2. it does not matter
The govt will NOT allow these out. just like at least two other court orders, they will simply ignore them once they lose in court.

3. Hey, the 15th is Monday...
There is supposed to be something on this on Monday.. Does anyone know what judge this is before?
