4. The Consitution calls for people with landed property only to vote. |

The rest of the details are up to the states. The first election had women voting because some had property. That was quickly ditched.

7. The Consitution gives states the right to determine who votes for |

congress and the president is done by electorial votes. The original state rules were for landed gentry only.
