Tally Rally for Cindy

I just got back form the Tallahassee Rally for Cindy.

There were about 130 people there all waving signs. Camped out in the growing shadows of the State Capitol Building... I'm sure Jeb could see us from his office.

Every other car was honking in sympathy. It seemed like every African American diver was with us.

Just a note....before the war started I attended a rally and about every 10th car honked... tonight every other car honked.

the guy doing the interview is Tom Baxter... local leader of Vets for Peace...

4. we just got back 230 people at our small town candlelight vigil....
i don't have any pics yet but a friend is gonna send the ones she took and i will post them then...it was wonderful to see and be a part of it.

5. Detroit Vigil
Great pictures!

Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures. I discovered that I've broken my digital camera. Oh well.. now I can buy another one with more megapixels! :-)

We had about 100 or so people in front of the Fed Bldg in downtown Detroit. Walking, singing, and holding placards and candles.

I'm very happy that I went.

Born and raised there...moved to Jacksonville when I was 30...what an eye opener. Give my best to everyone at the co-op...

Edit:...and I swear I know the guy with the beard...or at least have had a beer with him at Bullwinkles

I think the guy with the beard might be Tom Baxter from Vietnam Vets for peace.
