Future Justice Roberts' very bad idea

Future Justice Roberts' very bad idea
He said federal justices shouldn't be given lifetime appointments because the founders couldn't have envisioned people living to be 80 or 90 years. (?)

He suggested a term of 15 years.

So, let's think what kind of change this would bring to the bench...

As it is now, once on the bench, you've got a job for life.

But if you'll be out of work in 15 years, you'll have to think about your next job. Now let's see; who might employ them?

hmmmmmmmm A CORPORATION, maybe???????
