KRON news producer from Texas (Anti Sheehan story) answers back

Several days ago Senseandsenseability and I were on here talking about an anti Sheehan story aired by San Francisco news station, KRON. KRON's story stated some untruths concerning Cindy, her impending divorce and its cause as well as the extended family's letter. That again was not representative of the truth.

I emailed a second complaint after looking up the exec producer and producer of the 9pm news. One name led to the other, one article led to another. In less than a few minutes I found the producer was a Texas local boy, UT Plan II, former Houston news producer at KHOU, worked in Toledo etc. Some of this was directly from his own posting on a public msg board.

He wonders how I was able to learn so much about his past.

This is going to be my response.

Any of you have anything to add?

3. You should show him exactly how you did it

and say that you're going to apply for his job at KRON, because it's pretty clear that you know 10 times more about digging into a story than he does.

...dang, this is the last time I watch KRON news. I knew they were hokey with that 'news you choose' stuff and their 'fact-checking' segments that said nothing. Are they a Clear Channel station?
