If Bush is on the defensive with the press about Cindy, then she has won! |
|
A regular citizen with no political base, no power, no celebrity status. A nobody from nowhere and look at her. People came from all over to join her and the most powerful man in the world ( and the most hated) is running from her. Congrats Cindy, you kicked his ASS!

1. I agree, and had this thought about Bush being on the defensive |

for the first time, really.
She is setting the agenda at the moment, and that is some show of power IMO!

And now everyone is seeing him tiptoe away to "friendly" hand-picked crowds. But she has busted him on that too. Cindy is shining a light on this roach/prezdint.

Cindy Sheehan appeared out of nowhere and effectively check-mated George Bush.
But it's not really about Cindy Sheehan. Her vigil in the Crawford ditch is about us. She represents us, and that's what's really stopping Bush in his tracks. If things were going really well in Iraq, if the US population supported the progress over there, she would be a longly woman holding a lonely vigil.
Instead, her little movement is picking up steam. We're just looking at the first winds of a tornado that's about to blow Bush away.

And I agree. If the war was going well, nobody would know of Cindy.
