Some things, like preemptive war, cannot be explained via reason, and can only be understood as the design of a creator. When the intelligence didn't fit the design, it was refined.

The concept of Intelligent Design is an effort to stop people from thinking critically, from using reason. No wonder this Administration wants it taught in science class. They used it themselves when dreaming up the Iraq War.

No matter what way you look at it, this Administration can be summed up as an intelligence failure on every level - and the very reason for it was a misplaced faith in the "design".

Say what you will about God, or the lack thereof, the Universe is filled with uncertainty... it is those that promote it's opposite that always wind up getting smacked in the face by history.
