Proposal for a New Law: The Government Efficiency Act
Seeing how the average American only gets 13 paid days of vacation a year and NONE of an average American's vacation expenses are paid by their employer, I think our Government officials should live up to a STRICTER standard:

1. The President (and anyone in his cabinet and/or the executive branch) may take a MAXIMUM of 4 weeks of vacation per year, not including federal holidays. Any more time off than that is UNPAID VACATION and a president may not take more than 2 weeks unpaid per year without resigning his/her position (unless it is for health reasons, which fall under a different protocol already established).

2. Travel expenses occurred using official government equipment while on vacation or unpaid leave (unless it is to Camp David) are to be reimbursed by the president. . The actual service of the protection, that is the salaries of the secret service staff, are not included in the reimbursable expenses.
