Bush supporter arrested at Camp Casey I, "obnoxious & mouthing off"

http://198.65.14.85/News/2005/31-40/34news20.htm

11:00 a.m.
Gene Ellis reporting for The Iconoclast

This report is from Camp Casey I. There are about 20 state trooper vehicles out here, not including a number of sheriff's department vehicles. Right now, there are about 100 individuals on the Camp Casey side of the triangle and about 60-70 on the pro-war side. On the drive here, there appeared to be about 20 people at the pro-Bush encampment just outside of Crawford.

Law enforcement personnel reported that one arrest has been made at Camp Casey I. A pro-Bush supporter reportedly attempted to harrass a Camp Casey supporter during the night and was eventually asked to leave by law enforcement. Then again this morning, officers say the man returned, becoming obnoxious and mouthing off. After the man mouthed off to an officer, the man was arrested and charged with interferring with the duties of a public servant. The man's name has not been released.

Currently, dancing and musical entertainment is under way at this camp. Dennis Kynd is performing for Camp Casey.

7. Jim Rob is on a wheel chair
I doubt that he is the a-hole they are referring to.

Please note that it is always the rightwing that is trying to infringe on the rights of others to speak up against the war and petition their elected representatives to bring the troops home.

Now you see why "Support the Troops," which was conceived as a prowar marketing PR gimmick by the rightwing, is nothing more than an attempt by Bush to hide behind the troops so that those that challenge his policies can be portrayed as un-American.

Support the individual soldier in terms of his/her coming home at once. The "troops" as a collective term refers to Bush's war machine. As such, I will never support them!

6. Arrest records are PUBLIC record...maybe not in Crawford, though.
:eyes:

So much for their claim of being law-abiding.
