Any News Today of KY Gov Fletcher Refusing to Testify? Taking 5th? |
Is there a site with today's news updates and/or video of Kentucky Gov Fletcher invoking his 5th Amend Privilege in refusing to testify before the grand jury?

2. Fletcher said he has "never knowingly violated any laws" while governor. |
"knowingly" -- sounds like Rove has started a "mantra"

6. Well, since he pardoned all his co-defendants |
They can't invoke a Fifth Amendment privilege, so they should be recalled to testify.

7. The Pardoned Can & Should Be Called To Testify Before Grand Jury |
They no longer have a 5th Amendment Privilege not to answer questions regarding the matters for which they have been pardoned.
So since Gov Fletcher has not yet pardoned himself, which is questionable if he could do that, the grand jury can continue to investigate Gov Fletcher's involvement and do so by calling all the pardoned individuals to truthfully testify to what they know about his involvement.

8. Gov appeared, inside grand jury room 3 min, and left |
Wonder if he felt there was a bullseye on his back as he left the room?
