Look at the BULLSHIT this Congressman just wrote me ! |
|
It is part of a snail mail response from Connie Mack (R) FL. I know he is lying though his teeth. It is easy to see how the right winged war mongers have gotten a group of this country to move into the land of delusion.
I need some good responses to this slurp because I am going to write him back. Thanks all.
"Make no mistake, the United States and our allies are engaged in a battle to preserve our freedom and democracy. Our enemies want to destroy our way of like and return to the past of extremism, tyranny, violence and oppression. We are winning the war on terrorism and we will stay the course in promoting the principles of freedom."

1. Dear Congressman Mack: |
|
Apparently, there were several typos in a passage which was included in a letter you sent to me. I have made the appropriate corrections and wanted to bring it to your attention. Please see the correct version below:
"Make no mistake, the United States is engaged in a battle to destroy our way of life and return to the past of extremism, tyranny, violence and oppression. We will stay the course in promoting terrorism."

That's good.
Or this famous Bush quote: "our enemies never stop thinking about new ways to hurt our country, and neither do we."

The nearest I can get is:
Rummy: Sh*t, you're not supposed to say that in public, you idiot, that's just between us!

3. I swear, I hate when someone like that underestimates my intellegence. |
|
I get letters like that from Frist. I just write back and say that I am a well informed, intellegent person and I know the facts and that he is lying to me, and I know it.

I've gotten copy and paste letters from him as well about Iraq and health care. :eyes: Oh yes. I can't wait till he's gone. And hopefully one of the two democrats running will be there. I will be generally happy with either one since I know they both will at least listen to me and really write me back and care about what I have to say.

14. It is the same message as that of the cold war. It use to be the |
|
communists and now it is the terrorists. Same boogie man different age. That's how we manage to tell people that we should spend billions on military hardware and nothing on the human condition. You may not have a job but at least you are free from the boogieman.

16. They try to make it sound as if Iraqis are going to come over here |
|
with their fleets of Fighter Planes and War ships and their hundreds of thousands of troops and take us over and make us an Islamic state.
I can't stand it when these people say we are fighting in Iraq to preserve OUR freedom. The whole sell is as bad as an infomercial.
