Bush and gasoline prices - bet he escapes blame.. |
|
how much does everyone want to bet that Bush escapes any blame for high oil and gasoline prices?
But the thing that really astounds me is how no one is pointing out how Bush has never criticized the oil industry for anything.

1. No bet there. Bush has the Greatest Propaganda Machine in Human History |
|
at his disposal. He could run down Imperial (what was once called Pennsylvania) Avenue with the severed head of Howard Dean in his hands and he would escape blame.
I used to say that, thinking it was a joke. Now, I am almost certain it would happen just like that. After 24/7 of Fox Reichspravda, that would be the end of the discussion.

....Bush** is already getting the blame. Gas prices are the main reason that Americans are turning against Bush and his policies and the war. After all, his approval ratings are pretty rotten right now. They are almost as low as they can ever go, given the segment of the population that will support him no matter what.
It's all about who's ox is getting gored. Right now, it's pretty much everyone with a car or a home to heat.
