Watching Bush talk on TV turns my stomach! |
|
It's clear from listening to him that he has no feeling whatsoever for all the people who are suffering in the aftermath of Katrina. If anything, he seems gleeful that there's yet another excuse for gas prices to rise and increase earnings for his pals in oil and gas. I'm surprised we didn't see him eagerly rubbing his hands together in anticipation along with that smirk. Seeing his evil grin as he celebrates misfortune and anticipates corporate profits makes me want to hurl. The American people are getting the finger from Der Fuehrer yet again.
No doubt they'll arrange a little photo op for Bush from some nearly submerged rooftop in New Orleans once all the people have been evacuated and can't throw rotten fruit at his smugness.
There's one thing I can say about that scenario - he'll finally have the audience he deserves: snakes, alligators, sharks, etc.

I was a Republican myself many, many years ago - before I saw the Light.
Carry on!

Being a conservative used to mean something very different.

touring, seeing, and making sure that resources were coming forth
but this cretinous creep is more concerned about fund raisers.
I cannot watch him either. It is a visceral reaction. I find that I have to turn him off, or put on the Flintstones, a blank screen, or something more intelligent.

As much as I strongly disappriove of Bush......
The last thing that area of the USA needs right now is Bush on the ground....What you are asking for is a logistical/security nightmare....Think About it..
I know what Im Im talking about......In my job from time to time I have to work sise by side with the US Secret Service with diplomatic visits to my city...it is stressfull enough during normal times......let alone dealing with a mess that hasnt even began to be sorted out....
Bush is better off in Crawford or at the White House...less photo ops as well.

I just heard that fucking son of a bitch say "Sure I'd like to lower gas prices, but markets just don't work that way"
I wanted to throw something at the TV.
FUCK the markets. There are people dying in New Orleans.
FUCK oil company profits. There are people in this country who can't afford to drive to work.
FUCK you. FUCK Cheney. FUCK Halliburton. FUCK Condi and her own personal goddamned tanker. FUCK every last one of you greedy lying bastards.

4. He couldn't wait to get through reading that part |

Yeah, yeah, poor people and average Americans ravaged by the worst national disaster in American history; how fast and emotionless can I read this crap, so I can get to more meaningless platitudes on Iraq for the next 45 minutes? I am not sure I have anything to add, except he gets away with this through talk radio, Fox News, the incredible (and immoral) wealth of his supporters - and much of the public buys into this crap. What an evil man.

5. Remember that episode of Seinfeld... |
|
...where Kramer would have mini-seizures whenever he heard Mary Hart's voice?
It's pretty much the same thing with me in regards to *, except it's an overwhelming urge to take a violent shit.
