Bush, spending Umpteen hundred thousand dollars an hour of taxpayer's money to do a flyover of the poor peasant people and their little disaster.

I can just see the caption now -- "After having been whisked away to the safety of a far-off golf course in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, President George W. Bush directs his heavenly glance downward as he blesses victims of natural disaster. Meanwhile, a C5 cargo plan dropped cake to the soggy masses. Please give generously to the GOP!"

Of course, the blue-hair will be a friendly Repuke plant that has been thoroughly vetted by Rove.
