Can't hold this back any longer.

While I was watching the hurricane bear down and the Mayor ordering mandatory evacuations I was struck by the fact that there was no effort to evacuate those who had no way to leave. They were just hearded into the superdome like so much cattle.

As the days have gone by, I have come to truly see the nature of the Repug party. It is obvious that if you are Poor and especially Black you don't mean shit to these evil bastards.

It appears to have been no planning or preperation for this disaster we all watched unfold. The Feds didn't swing into action as they have done in the past. Is it because FEMA has been gutted? Sure glad the cutting of the money for the continuing work on the levys was slowed due to budget cuts. As I saw in another post, I guess this is Repug math. Cut a program and then give Billions to your Contractor Buddies.

As our country sees the result of the Prez and his 'team' I hope that the faithful will see this mob for what they truly are.
