Repugs know Bush has stepped in it again |

There sending out the fake message of unity and that this is no time to start pointing fingers.
The same people who yesterday called you traitors or worse want unity.
Just like after the 9/11 commission report when they generously allowed there was enough blame to go around.
Just like after the IRaq invasion was proven a huge mistake and they said "But now that we are there, what's your solution, your plan?"
But even when they have a point about unity, they don't mean it. Not at all. Every Able Danger, every rumor on how Clinton could have caught Osama, every chance they get to lay blame somewhere else, they take it....and when it fails, well, back to unity and the fruitlessness of blame again, right?
Look, I'm all for unity in HELPING. But unity behind Bush, a conspiracy of silence as he continues to fuck things up?
There's no lessons to be learned about Bush just ignoring dangers that really exist and going ape over dangers that don't exist, time and time again? No sense drawing a parallel between August 6 2001 and August 28 2005?
No, the repugs know Bush has stepped in it big time, and this time, he might not be able to hide it.

1. gawd I hate hearing that bullshit about how Clinton let bin laden go.. |
|
All my chats with them go like this
Clinton coulda had bin laden but he let him go!!
When did he do this?
Africa offered bin laden to Clinton but he said no! you don't know that??
oh they did did they? first off answer me two questions:
Who exactly offered him the name of the person and secondly and more importantly what crimes against America had bin Laden committed up to the point where he was "offered?"
no freeper has ever been able to answer that question yet.

2. Sure. But it never dies. |
|
It's entered the republican echo chamber as truth, along with all the other fables.

3. I love pointing out that |
|
when he did try and do something about it, the Repukes were screaming "Wag the Dog" and obsessed about Monica Lewinsky. If he had national support from the repugs, then 9/11 wouldn't have happened.
